Job Summary: Rovers Coffee invites energetic individuals who have a passion for coffee and customer service to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a key role in creating the Rovers Coffee Experience by providing exceptional service, crafting quality beverages, and maintaining a welcoming, clean environment. You will be an ambassador of our brand and contribute to the warm, community atmosphere that makes our store a haven for coffee lovers.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring that customers are greeted with a warm smile and their orders are handled promptly and accurately.

Craft a range of coffee and tea beverages to the highest quality standards.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of all menu items, including seasonal or special offerings.

Manage cash handling and register operation with integrity.

Ensure the store environment is clean, tidy, and inviting at all times.

Support fellow team members in day-to-day operations, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Engage with the community, representing Rovers Coffee positively at all times.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Passion for coffee and customer service.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Quick learning ability and openness to receive and provide feedback.

Capability to maintain a composed presence in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.

Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in hospitality or related field is a plus.

Flexibility in work schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Experience in food and beverage is preferred but not necessary.

Regular and punctual attendance is expected.
